Being a Boss is not an easy job.
Being a good Boss is even more difficult.
Being a Boss gives the privilege and the responsibility of managing others.
I would respect my employees so that they can respect me too.
I will always come early to the office to set an example.
I will reward all my employees who did very well; I will also spend my time with them when I’m not busy.
I will always let them to speak to me when they have problems.
When I’m not in the office I will call them to find out that things are going well in the office.
I will set the rules and if someone does not respect that he/she will get fired.
